- Discrimination, harassment, or workplace safety concerns
- Concerns about the integrity of professional work product

Anonymous reporting: Reports may be submitted anonymously. If you wish to remain anonymous, please describe your concern in sufficient detail to allow investigation.
Confidentiality & non-retaliation
Reports are treated as confidential. Lepton prohibits retaliation in any form against any person who reports a concern in good faith. Violations of this non-retaliation policy are themselves subject to reporting and disciplinary action.
External channels
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your right to report concerns directly to government agencies or regulators (including but not limited to the SEC, OSHA, EEOC, state insurance departments, or equivalents in your jurisdiction).
