What MBE certification means for our clients
For organizations with supplier diversity goals — federal contractors, state agencies, large corporates, and many of the foundations and academic medical centers we work with — engaging a certified MBE supports compliance with diversity spend requirements while delivering the same level of credentialed actuarial and consulting work as any non-certified peer.
What it does not mean
We do not lead with the certification, and we do not expect to win work because of it. Our work is led by ASA/MAAA/FCA-credentialed actuaries and PhD researchers with active university appointments — the same standard of practice that any sophisticated buyer would expect, regardless of certification status.
