Lepton principals lead active research projects in Kenya, Ghana, Nepal, Ethiopia, and Zimbabwe — including peer-reviewed work on Kenyan devolution and health outcomes, Global Fund procurement and supply chain reforms, and maternal healthcare equity. We work directly with ministries of health, multilateral agencies, and regional financial institutions.
