What MBE certification means for our clients
For organizations with supplier diversity goals — federal contractors, state agencies, large corporates, and many of the foundations and academic medical centers we work with — engaging a certified MBE supports compliance with diversity spend requirements while delivering the same level of credentialed actuarial and consulting work as any non-certified peer.
What it does not mean
We do not lead with the certification, and we do not expect to win work because of it. Every project is led by a senior actuary (ASA, ACAS, AIA, EA, FSA, FCAS, MAAA, FCA, FIA) or a PhD researcher-credentialed actuaries and PhD researchers with active university appointments — the same standard of practice that any sophisticated buyer would expect, regardless of certification status.
