Following heightened federal enforcement, a state insurance department needed to bring 6 commercial carriers into documented MHPAEA compliance within a single quarter. Lepton designed a standardized NQTL comparative analysis template, ran the analyses across all 6 carriers in parallel, and produced regulator-ready documentation packages. All 6 carriers achieved documented parity within the quarter, with the state DOI receiving its first compliance commendation in the cycle.
